Multiple financial attorneys on LPA

Oh well that's their call then. As I said, I think part of the reason for multiple attorneys (all of which are younger generation) is to promote family unity in decision making, but I just have this feeling that it could end up doing the opposite. Not because anyone is trying to make off with the family silver, but because it's a family full of strong willed characters that all have their own views on what is "best"Keep_pedalling said:There is no majority decision option, you either opt for jointly and severally where any of your attorneys can act alone or jointly where it has to be a unanimous decision.
