Monmouthshire Building Society (payments made on Monday 3rd July not showing)

I made separate payments of £200 and £300 by standing order to Monmouthshire Building Society on Monday 3rd July for two Regular Savers. The payments are not yet (5pm on 5th July) showing on my online account. Correct details used; previous SO's with same details have reached the accounts.
Maybe Mon BS are just having an IT blip.
Before I contact them, has anyone else made payments on Monday and not had them showing as credited yet?

I phoned them about this very issue yesterday and was told that payments in don't show for 24 hours. I've never come across this before. Haven't checked today yet so might well go now.Seems most odd.In edit - just checked and still not showing. The assistant I spoke to yesterday confirmed that the two sets of monies had been received. I may nudge them again tomorrow.1

My (quite long, now) experience of Mon BS is that a payment made on Day 1 won't show on Day 2, but always showing by morning of Day 3 (assuming all are business days)

I update my spreadsheet workbooks on the 3rd of each month (or so, given the intervention of weekends and or bank holidays) and never before found this anomaly before which is why I phoned them yesterday.

It's happened to me before. I sent a secure message and got the required confirmation. Don't worry!

Payments sent in early hours of Monday morning still not showing. I have sent a secure message.
When this sort of thing happens, it would be helpful if the bank/building society could put a message on their website. It would allay a lot of worries for people who have sent money. Not everyone reads these forums.
It's possibly a glitch between Mon BS and their clearing bank.0 -
I've spoken to an agent again, she told me that IT are dealing with website problems though not sure if it was a result of an update / maintenance or not. I suggested that a message be put on the website!

Payments in are now showing on both accounts, both backdated to Monday 3rd when sent.4
