I also received an email from Louise Bulgin on 9th July asking for my mobile number so they could send me a link for my prize. I sent a reply the same day and a follow up 3 days later (also copying in the prize.winners email address) . Still haven't heard anything. :-(
Sent another follow up today.
Is anyone else still waiting for the claim details, and does anyone have an alternative (more successful!)  way of getting in touch with them ?

Hello, just wondering if you even get a response back? I had an e-mail from Louise Bulgin over a week ago and replied with my mobile number but not had anything back despite sending a few chaser e-mails. Not sure who to contact next! Thanks :-)

I received a winning email on the 3/10 replied straight away and haven't heard anything from Best or HSBC

Firstly, well done on your win! I had to chase several times, I also emailed prize.winners@hearst.co.uk separately which prompted Louise Bulgin to email and apologise saying she hadn't received my number. It took from being notified of the win on 5th Sept to receiving the email from HSBC on 10th Oct, with several chaser emails in between! Perseverance is key with the Best wins! Good luck!! 🤞🏻

I got an email last week from Louise for a £100 prize from 2021 and wondered if it was a scam. Will chase again after reading this thread as not heard back from her yet.

Yes I've won as well. I was sceptical as to whether it was genuine. I've sent them my mobile number 2 weeks ago but not heard anything since. It all looks legit but they are a bit slow arn't they?

It's totally legit, I think they just have a huge amount to wade through, as @chezvic highlighted through their win from 2021 🙂 maybe only one person is dealing with all the comp emails? Either way, well done and suspect most will have to chase

My email was from a Kaya Terry but yes must be loads to get through as my win was also 2021
