I've had the same email winning £100, was wondering if it's a scam as well

I also received an email from Louise on Wednesday last week, for a £100 win (issue 37, 2022 of best magazine) - still waiting for HSBC to contact me after sending over my mobile number to her and haven't received a response to my chaser email asking how long I can expect to wait for contact...

I contacted the hearst website last night, and got an email from Louise just now saying oh I hear you have tried to contact me through my website and that you have tried to send me your mobile number but I haven't got it!! grrrrr well I replied to you twice from your original email, so have now replied again and will see what happens

Got a quick reply saying thank you and I should hear from HSBC within the next 10 - 14 days, so we'll see lol

I sent a chaser and haven’t heard anything back 😐

Hoping they honour the prize as it’s past their deadline now and just sent another chaser with my original response. Ho hum.
