Masters Loan For Studying In UK or Overseas

Hi guys, this is my first post so be gentle,

I'm considering applying for a Masters in Screenwriting at some point this year.

I've found numerous courses that have struck my eye, mostly in the UK, but one that really appeals though is in San Francisco at the Academy of Arts Univesity. I have reached out for information but I expect tuition to cost around $30,000, plus living expenses.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for finding a loan? I did a degree about 16 years ago for which I have still not managed to pay off with the Studen Loans Company. Would this be a barrier to securing more funding?

Thanks for reading and for any help you can offer.

Your undergraduate loan should't be an issue for applying for a postgraduate loan. For UK Masters study:
Very little chance of getting a loan for study in the USA other than on commercial terms, and for a nebulous course like Screenwriting that offers few employment prospects I doubt if many financial organisations would be keen to lend.
You might find more advice from bodies such as the Writers Guild of Great Britain https://writersguild.org.uk/
