You seem to have chopped out a chunk of the Template Defence. You are meant to use it all.
I can tell because your 19 also has another number '22' and the paragraphs that normally appear above & below it are missing.
Remove the word '(arguably)'.
Remove para 17 as PCM aren't in the BPA AOS.
And why do you have this (below) but in paragraph 3 you've admitted to parking in Pearce Road? I thought you were going to deny parking at that postcode/road in paragraph 2 and cover it there?
"15. The incident in question took place on private land and not on Pearce Road."
And did you actually park and leave your car unattended? If not why not deny a parking event occurred at all (para 2) and just call it a brief stop (and explain your business/why you stopped).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also which is the correct number of minutes:-
"3. On 21/07/2022, the defendant made one of many trips to Pearce Road and parked his car for 5 minutes."
Or previous post:-
"The driver of the vehicle parked for 8 minutes by a park to clear his head from mental stress after a 5 hour drive home around 1 year ago."

with regards to para 3, the road is pearce road but that is an unrestricted road, the land in question is not actually pearce road. i just need to phrase it more clearly. let me fix this up and send another one in.Coupon-mad said:You seem to have chopped out a chunk of the Template Defence. does the whole template apply to me?
i did leave the car btw, what part implies that i didnt?0 -
All of the Template Defence applies.
I think it would be better to talk about the IPC CoP on Grace periods concisely in one paragraph; doesn't need three.

"3. On 21/07/2022, the defendant made one of many trips to Pearce Road but the unrestricted road was full so the driver made use of the abundance of space next to Pearce Road for five minutes."
Are you using/quoting from IPC CoP version 8 dated 1.7.2021?1
