BES Utilities' director jailed for 13 years.
If there are any posters or lurkers from many years ago still on this forum they may be interested in knowing that Andy Pilley, a director of BES Utilities has been jailed for 13 years. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-66099646
Kudos to North West Regional Trading Standards for seeing this through to the end. (But I can't help feeling there is some failure either with Ofgem's powers or its operations, given how long the fraud operated.)
