Hubby fixed a virtually brand new ipad pro 11” for someone he was working for, returned it a couple of days later to find they had already replaced it and the old one was no longer needed.. they paid him for the new screen and then told him to keep it. Not bad ! 🥳3

We had a free trip on our local heritage steam railway at the weekend, courtesy of my dad who is a member and had free tickets to use before the end of the month.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"4

Wombled a neighbour’s clothes basket to make into a planter which they were throwing away (got permission 1st) the bottom of it is just filled with empty plastic bottles that were in the recycling bin. Needs a bit of time to put a growth spurt on tho….Lancashire

Small bag of cherry tomatoes from friend as she had a glut. Some Rhubarb from another friends, my granddaughter bought me some ham and a couple of convenience meals as I'm not long out of hospital ,yesterday I could only eat half the lasagne that we had at Bella Italia so the young man gave me a small box to take the rest home and I had it for tea last night zapped in microwave so no wastage.
One of my grandsons always brings me a huge chunk of carrot cake when he visits and I cut in half and have one half one day the other the next.My appetite isn't great at the moment but hopefully will improve
I'm very lucky as my family bring me odds and ends at various times so as at the moment I can't carry anything I am more than grateful bless them and work around what I have for my lunches and dinners

Love your heucheras Suzie. One galvanised bath for either a planter or a pond, haven't tested it's waterproofness yet [is that a word?] and a 1940's 50's I'd say garden fork, lovely small sharp tines...went to the tip with my sister and rescued them from the metal bin.Free bench has been painted black and the arm was reattached but it has now developed a wobble so will have to sort that before photos.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi4

@-taff - can’t wait to see the bench photos (when I first typed that it said beach photos 🙄😳😎)
galvanised bath repurposed as a pond a great idea. Mont¥ D0n had a segment last week about a lady who used loads of baths as raised beds. Think she was on a channel island.Lancashire
