Ulster Current Account Application Error

Finally got round to trying to get the Ulster Switch for the £200, had tried before but only got to the asking for branch and no further so had left it but recently see people saying to put in Belfast or a number so thought I'd try it again.
Got to fill in name, address, mobile and email, filled all that in and then get this error...
That was this morning and I've just tried again now and same has happened, has anyone else got this error before or is Ulster just having a bad day?
