    By going to Smart's website as if to pay - obviously not paying though - and either seeing that the amount due is £0.00 or the ticket number isn't found.

    Thanks so much everyone. There's this question i will like to ask, if I sell the car with parking tickets, does it cancel the ticket?.. Will smartparking still be able to come after me?

    I just checked 1 of the tickets now, when i did as if i want  to pay, it still shows £60. And when I did as if i want to appeal, it still comes up with the normal appeal form. Please is it normal?.. Am I doing anything wrong?

    Of course it does.

    No-one at their office has reviewed your appeal yet.

    I advised you that they have a month to reply & cancel each one.

    It doesn't just happen in a few days.
