Multiple smartparking tickets

Hello guys, I'm an international student in Bolton university, I recently moved to a new apartment on May 3, 2023. I bought a car and parked it in the garage on May 19, 2023. On June 21, 2023, which is more than 1 month since I started parking, I received a parking ticket charge of £100 for parking in the apartment garage, that was when I realized that the parking is not free, a co-resident just informed me that I suppose to be paying £50 a month to the property management company for parking. I contacted the property management immediately, i explained everything to them, and I asked why it was not stated in the tenancy agreement, the property management representative instructed me to start paying the £50 parking fee immediately, and that i should pay the £100 charge to the smart parking, promising me that i won't get any more letter from smartparking, even though I have been parking in the garage for more than a month. I did as he instructed. But today July 4, 2023, I'm so surprised to receive 5 new charges of £100 each from Smart Parking carrying the dates prior to the date I started paying the £50/month. I informed the property management, he told me that there is nothing he can do on the charges that I have to contact smartparking by myself. I am so sad as I'm writing this, if all the letter could drop, i won't receive anything less than 40 letters of £100 each. Please kindly advise me on what to do. Thanks in advance.

To beat each smart parking ticket.using their website. Use the text below. Making sure you click through to the very end on each appeal. It works every time with smartthis is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw4

Just appeal online (each and every one, separately) as registered keeper - IMPORTANTLY not saying who was driving. You can't lose.
Read any recent Smart Parking or APCOA thread for the usual appeal wording about the POFA.
You should never have paid Smart £100. I'm sad you were ripped off. You could have killed all of them the same easy way.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The text quoted by @Grizebeck should be used exactly as shown because it will beat the tickets which will have to be withdrawn. The reason is that the PCNs ar not POFA compliant, which means that they cannot get money out of the keeper.
The only way they will be able to proceed is against the driver , if anyone is daft enough to tell them who it was,The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -

Copy and paste the text I've given you in bold
For each ticket
Add nothing else and don't edit
Each ticket needs individual appeal

Go to the parking company website. Enter your PCN number and then appeal exactly as shown by Grizebeck. Do that for each individual ticketThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.5
