· The following are the terms and conditions of entry to The Body Shop International Limited (The Body Shop) LYBC Win Festival Tickets Free Prize Draws (the Prize Draws).  Entry into the Prize Draws (as that term is defined in paragraph 2, below) is deemed acceptance of these terms (the Terms). ​

· The promotion will be in the form of 9 individual Prize Draws. Entrants to each Prize Draw will be to win tickets to one of the following festivals (depending on which Prize Draw they enter): Lytham Festival, Chepstow Racecourse, Live In The Depot at Cardiff Castle, Margate Summer Series, Rewind Festival Scotland, South Facing, Brighton Valley Concert Series, Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Connect Music Live. · To enter the Prize Draw, an entrant must :  ​

· Like the Festival Prize Draw post on Instagram ​

· Comment on the Festival Prize Draw post, saying which Festival you want to go to ​

· Tag 1 friend that you would take to the festival with you ​

· Be a member of Love Your BodyTM Club (LYBC) or sign up between Tuesday 6th June 2023 – Monday 7th August 2023 ​

· Be an UK resident who is 16 years or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to enter.  ​

· This Prize Draw is NOT open to employees or agencies of The Body Shop International Limited, group companies, The Body Shop At HomeTM Consultants, or family members, freelance contributors to the Promoter, or anyone else connected professionally to this prize draw. ​

· No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. ​

· The Prize does not include any expenses e.g. travel to and from Festival, drinks or any spending money. ​

· Entrants can enter each of the individual Prize Draws once, but only one prize draw can be won per entrant.  Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and no cash alternative to a prize is available. ​Tickets are not for re-sale and can only be used by the named winner.

· Winners will receive details of how to claim a Prize. Should the winner not reply to the DM within 7 days, The Body Shop may at its sole discretion select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.  ​

· The selection of a winner is final (subject to The Body Shop’s ability to select a new winner if the winner does not reply to a winner notification email from The Body Shop by the date and time stated above), and no correspondence will be entered into. ​

· Only entries from eligible entrants submitted through Instagram during the prescribed period and conforming to these Terms are valid and eligible to participate. The Body Shop does not accept any responsibility for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond our control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received outside of the prescribed period.  ​

· The Body Shop reserves the right to disqualify entries which do not comply with the Terms at its absolute discretion.  ​

· Entries must not include or use any materials that infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party, including any right of confidentiality or privacy. Where any other person is depicted in an entry, the entrant warrants that such person has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and The Body Shop.  ​

· Entries must not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter, or any other matter that might bring The Body Shop or its related entities into disrepute. ​

· By entering this Prize Draw, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw and the survey, for sales and marketing analysis and as otherwise permitted or required by law, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice.
