Hot water cylinder breakdown cover

Anyone know any companies apart from Brit gas that does a breakdown policy?

Yes I know the alternative is to save your money but not looking for that.

    Is the hot water cylinder part of a central heating system, or standalone with an immersion heater?

    If you google something like 'Home Emergency Cover' (or 'Central Heating Breakdown Cover' or 'Plumbing Emergency Cover'), you should find quite a few companies that offer it.
