Is the experian app ok to use, or should I use the website?
Also, are any other credit score apps good?

No credit score apps are any good.
However, if these apps also they also show your credit reports, then they will broadly be as good as the website. You will want to check all three reports.

I haven't checked my credit... reports? in years, and I'm about to try and get on top of it.I'm just reading through the MSE articles on it now, but yeah, wondered if there was a plus or minus to using the apps.Like there's an experian app, a clearscore app and an intuit credit karma - are they all the right ones to use?0

They cover the three CRAs you want to check, as different lenders report to different ones.
Just ignore the scores.1
