how do i avoid parking fines

Hello People

I am new to the walsall area and i didnt know they charged for parking at The Crown wharf retail park ..
i have received and paid for one parking notice but i am expecting 2 or maybe 3 more ..
I borrowed my moms car and the vehicle is registered to her ..
Is there any way i can get the fines reduced or avoid paying them at all ???
Any advice would be great

Assuming that is the place, I don't think the OP has any realistic chance of getting the charges cancelled.

Prove you never started shopping then may be the charges don't apply.
