Renting with low income but good saving

Hello,

I have to move from my current accommodation. However my income is low working in a part-time job. I already have signed a contract for another part-time job starting in september. I have enough saving to pay the rent of a whole year. However, I need to move at the end of this month. What options do you think I have to rent a flat or room with my current income? I would like to rent through an Agency but most of them ask for be financialy stable.

Thanks

I think in the current market and going through an agent you won't pass their affordability tests.

You should seek out a private Landlord willing to take a chance on you.

    Good luck
