Credit card missing from credit reports?

I've had a natwest credit card for approx 20 years. It doesn't appear on the MSE credit club report, or on the credit karma report. I think that's 2 out of 3 of the credit agencies?

Any ideas why? Should I be doing something?

Not all lenders report to all CRAs. It does not really matter either way though.

I had an issue with an old credit card.  It took a long time to get answers on this.  Eventually I discovered that the credit card agreement was too old to be admissible to the credit agencies.  25 year of credit and never missed a payment, cant be added! 

Your issue might be similar.

I used to have a NatWest credit card which didn't appear on the CRAs due to the fact I opened it before they changed their T&Cs to allow reporting of the accounts to the CRAs
