Nationwide Travel Insurance Praise

About 13 years I had to cancel a holiday due to serious illness of a parent. I lost the deposit for the holiday so claimed off insurance which was ultimately agreed but it wasn't easy getting some of the documents they required.
This year we were about go on a UK holiday where we had prepaid non-returnable accommodation when my wife took ill and was hospitalised. We had annual insurance with Nationwide so a few days later I went on their website actually to see what documents they would need. The site asked for details and dates of holiday and what caused the cancellation which I entered as best as I could and amount claimed . I must have been only on for a few minutes when notified that claim was accepted and claim value (minus excess) would be paid into the bank in 5 working days (it was). 
No documents asked for, I was both amazed and pleased (more amazed).

If everything was this easy so well done Nationwide (and partner UK insurance).
