Renewing Fake Orchids

Hello!
So, I have tried to freecycle this fake orchid vase in the hopes someone would like to make a project of it. No takers.
So, since I actually like it but the colour is sun faded and I refuse to just bin it… does anyone have any ideas how I could go about it?!
The stalks are stuck in by what looks like resin? I don’t think just trying to paint the petals is an option with the vase type.
I’m very new to even trying to restore anything.. so speak to me like a dummy haha.
