Even worse:  they want you to pay up front...giving them zero interest in whether it works or not.

The CCJ is not guaranteed to be set aside.

So, what happens if the CCBC reject that Consent Order, as showing 'no good reason' to set aside the CCJ?  Why does it vaguely cite CPR 13.3 (...decision remains at the court's discretion) and not mandatory set aside under CPR 13.2?

And won't this possibly also cost you £108 court fee as well, merely to try it, only to leave you 'crossing your fingers' that the court agrees?

What if they don't?

You are then 'up the creek without a paddle' - stuck with the CCJ and no leverage, and a Claimant who won't do anything as they've banked £95 and have no interest in the outcome.

They don't care if the CCJ is set aside or not.

If not, they won't reply to you any more.

This self-serving rubbish you were talked into demonstrates why the advice in the NEWBIES thread on CCJ set asides does not tell people to agree to pay anything up front AND (as we always say) never, ever, ever phone the scammers.
