It is and I do love Zara but it has really put me off shopping with them. What is a MCOL? thank youSJgirl84 said:It’s ridiculous that customers are even put in these situations. It’s so frustrating and worrying thinking you won’t get your money back. Worst case you can do a MCOL where I am sure you will get your refund as Zara are breaking their own t&c’s

That’s good news!! Store returns are the way forward I think if we are to
continue shopping there.1 -
Sorry - but where does that come from?jon81uk said:
Not just their T&C but the law. Consumer rights also state should get refund once goods are passed to the agent of the seller. So if they are paying Evri then once Evri have the parcel then Zara have to refund.SJgirl84 said:It’s ridiculous that customers are even put in these situations. Apologies I mis-remembered, the consumer only needs to give evidence of returning them, such as the proof of postage (or in this case the proof of collection by Evri. Then you should get a refund within 14 days.Okell said:

Consumer Contracts Regulations - Which?

I am having the same issue - Zara are telling me that the parcel they received did not contain the items I had requested a refund for. The parcel was returned via Evri with the label they provided. The Evri tracking number confirmed delivery but seems to have been reused and now refers to a July Shein retrun which is not mine (I have never shopped there)
I was sent a blurred photo of a Boohoo t shirt. I have never shopped at Boohoo and informed them that there must have either been a mix up or that my parcel had been tampered with.
I have asked them to confirm the other items in the parcel and whether they correlate with my order but they have refused. There is no logical explanation as to why i would return incorrect items to them.
I am getting absolutely nowhere, and a frequent Zara shopper I'm shocked that not an ounce of goodwill is being applied in this situation. Can anyone who has has this experience give me some advice? I am happy to pursue this legally as it involves quite a lot of money, however as it is such a weird situation I'm not sure what legal concepts cover this.
Seeing so many people with the same experience makes me wonder if there is some sort of scam going on.0 -
Same thing happened to me last month. It's so infuriating. I had all the receipts, tracking journey on Evri etc... lots of back and forth over Zara Whatsapp without any satisfying response.Lucycopeland93 said:I returned a parcel to Zara via Evri, after 2 weeks I reached out Evri to later find out the parcel is confirmed as missing, I then reached out to Zara and was told I cannot be refunded? Evri will not refund me as I used a label provided by Zara, I have tried opening cases & speaking to several members of staff via all channels and they will not budge on the decision made, I don’t know what to do next as I am now £300 down and no resolution? Looking for some help or advice
How did you pay for the order? Did you use a credit card?
I paid using my Amex and just put in a dispute with them. They have refunded me the £180 and will take it back should Zara have any other proof. Super quick and easy.
