YBS - Third party ID verification , too much trouble

Attempting to open a YBS Internet Saver Plus account, which requires ID verification using a third party HooYu with a video clip and image of ID, e.g. driving licence:
1. Video clip taken on mobile phone and photo of driving licence. However, the video needs to be live, e.g. using a web-cam. So found out an old webcam, set it upon my PC and successfully uploaded a video.
2. Uploaded an image of my driving licence, but then found that the rear of the licence is also required. So another image taken and uploaded.
3. Waited for IDs to be verified, but failed as image "too blurry"
4. Scanned image of DL (front and back) and uploaded, but failed again - too small
5. Gave up
So, anyone planning to open a YBS account, be aware of the hoops and potential issues

I needed to do that for NatWest too.Microbe65 said:Attempting to open a YBS Internet Saver Plus account, which requires ID verification using a third party HooYu with a video clip and image of ID, e.g. driving licence:I am not a financial advisor or other expert. It's much easier to do it on a phone or a tablet. The only time I had a problem was where my (large) beard was being "recognised" as another person so it kept telling me that no-one else was allowed in the shot!2
