Eon Next Access Account From Abroad

I am trying to access my Eon Next account from Spain.
No way can I get logged into my account.
Even downloaded a VPN & still no access.
My friend has also tried to access her Eon Next account from Spain but she cannot access her account either.
Any ideas what the problem might be ?
Try using laptop, android smartphone & an iPhone nothing seems to work.

Just to update my post.
It appears that you cannot access Eon Next via a VPN.

Of course you can. Maybe not just cheapo ones that use known IPs that will already be listed in many databases as being used for a VPN.

Same for me, I also cannot login, I have a UK VPN and I’ve tried logging on with the VPN and without and still nothing0

I'm in the UK and have a paid-for VPN service..If I VPN to Malmö in Sweden, I can't log in to EON Next.If I VPN to London, I still can't log in.If I turn my VPN off, my login is successful.This definitely sounds like geoblocking.N.
