Eon Next Access Account From Abroad

I am trying to access my Eon Next account from Spain.
No way can I get logged into my account.
Even downloaded a VPN & still no access.
My friend has also tried to access her Eon Next account from Spain but she cannot access her account either.
Any ideas what the problem might be ?
Try using laptop, android smartphone & an iPhone nothing seems to work.

So you have tried setting the VPN to UK?

A lot of people have been having trouble accessing their E.ON Next accounts from the UK in the past couple of weeks.

Just to update my post.
It appears that you cannot access Eon Next via a VPN.

Of course you can.  Maybe not just cheapo ones that use known IPs that will already be listed in many databases as being used for a VPN.

Same for me, I also cannot login, I have a UK VPN and I’ve tried logging on with the VPN and without and still nothing

I'm in the UK and have a paid-for VPN service..

If I VPN to Malmö in Sweden, I can't log in to EON Next.

If I VPN to London, I still can't log in.

If I turn my VPN off, my login is successful.

This definitely sounds like geoblocking.
