Agreed partial refund failed to materialise. CC intervention?
I purchased10 packs of flooring online using my credit card. Total cost was £465 inc delivery with each pack costing £43.Two packs contained damaged boards, the rest were fine. After speaking with the supplier, they agreed to refund for one full pack within 7 working days.
14 working days later and no refund or answering my emails. Looking at the review sites this appears to be their modus operandi.
Could I get my CC provider involved re a chargeback? As each pack was under £100, I’m unsure if a S75 would be possible.
As usual, any advice would be welcome, and much appreciated.

So chargeback is the only option.Life in the slow lane0 -
Just to be clear, I would be requesting a chargeback for the refund owing of £48, not the £465 I initially paid?0

Yes, why would you request a chargeback on the full amount if you're happy with the rest of the goods?CFELH said:Just to be clear, I would be requesting a chargeback for the refund owing of £48, not the £465 I initially paid?
Chargebacks are not a punitive instrument.Know what you don't0 -
Yes. Faulty goods on the 2 packs. They will need proof of cost of each pack. I hope you have proof of delivery as well.CFELH said:Just to be clear, I would be requesting a chargeback for the refund owing of £48, not the £465 I initially paid?Life in the slow lane0 -

They didnt want the damaged boards back or to collect them (online supplier) . I ended up taking them to the local dump. I just have the email exchange including the refund info and photos of the damage.born_again said:
