Ladders for guttering

Hey guys, there are a couple of areas of guttering which I *think* just need to be clipped back on. We've tried to get people round but as its such a small job they keep putting us off, which I gusss is understandable.
We're considering doing it ourselves instead, I've just measured, the guttering is sbout 5.5m from the ground.
Neither of us are brilliant with heights but I think we could probably just sbout do it.
I had a quick look at ladders and could see a triple tread one from Werner for about £200 which looks like it would fit the bill.
Having not done this before I thought I'd see if anyone had any advice on, I guess, ladder selection, storage and security, and indeed if just clipping this guttering back on is simple. Last thing I want is we shell out £200 for a ladder we can't really store then find we can't do it!

Get a stand off for the ladder.2

Do you use the services of a window cleaner? Ours is more than happy with jobs like this and as someone who is not good with heights I'm more than happy to pay him for his time.0

May well be cheaper than a handyman/roofer/builder that wants to charge a day rate. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
Ask a few of your neighbours, one of ours has one they happily lend to the entire street, mostly for cleaning moss out of gutters round here…The next street over have another similar arrangement, you can see theirs stored upright against the house….0

I see 5.65m for £150 at Homebase (+£12.50 delivered). And yes, a stand-off attachment will make the job much easier and safer. The cheapest I see is £19 at a Amazon. We are born naked, wet and hungry...Then things get worse.
.withdrawal, NOT withdrawel ..bear with me, NOT bare with me
.definitely, NOT definately ......separate, NOT seperate
should have, NOT should of .....guaranteed, NOT guarenteed0 -
Another vote for asking a window cleaner, even if you don't normally use one, get your windows cleaned and guttering fixed for less than the cost of buying ladders. And no risk to yourself.

I guess I didn't think sbout those sort of people you mention as we already had a roofer we knew and finding people who are decent seems tricky so I like to use the ones we've already found where we can!0
