Life Insurance gift vouchers sent to old address?

Hi all,
For those who has received an Amazon voucher when you take out a life insurance policy via Money Supermarket, can you tell me if you receive that by email or post?
Silly me put down my old postcode when I registered for the voucher, and I only remember this after 30 days past, thinking that was probably at my old address now ....
Is that voucher tied with your registered email ? if so still a slight chance I might be able to ask them to resend me the voucher
