Bus Lane- Received a second demand but not first

Hi All.

Thanks for having a read!

I did have a look through to see if there were already posts relating to this situation with bus lanes. Please forgive me If i'm going over old ground.

I received a second demand yesterday for driving in a bus lane. Obviously the fine is now inflated. But I genuinely never received the first letter. 
Therefore I have no images or evidence from them. Nor proof of a first demand being sent out. How do I go about addressing this situation.

Please see 2nd letter and only letter I received attached.

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo forum will be your best bet for council tickets.

Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:

Read the sticky 'Read this before you post' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.

Unfortunately its a pain in but to register to. I have a gmail and its saying it's already got a member with it. Clearly it hasn't. Nightmare!

maybe same IT set that up. Because I cant set an account up. Follow password procedure capitals/numbers over 8 characters. keeps saying problem.

That normally only happens due to a Hotmail or Yahoo email being used.  Not accepted by pepipoo.
