Does Santander pay cashback on PayPal/Ebay and Amazon Purchases?

I recently converted my old unused former 123 Santander account to an edge up account as my normal bank closed their branch and Santander still has a branch near me, at least for now and because of increases in my DDs it is now worth while again to use it.
Does Santander pay cashback on PayPal/Ebay and Amazon purchases paid using the edge debit card?
I usually use my Pulse credit card but 1% is better than 0.25% and I don't really need section 75 protection on these as I never buy anything over £100.
