fridge freezer problem

Basically the fridge is not cold enough but the freezer is. (-21 in the freezer and +9 in the fridge) I have rather randomly replaced the thermistor and thermostat I think. both easily to replace and sounded like the most likely culprits. The defrost element seams fine, the coils were iced up but after defrosting it has not iced up again after a week.
Any ideas what to do next.
