Smart Aug24 v7 states you wont be charged an exit fee if switch to another tariff with BG.Scot_39 said:Does the fix fee always apply ?

Switched yesterday to smart fixed v1tariff , no charge if swapping from one BG fixed to another , rang and checked

Absolutely the worst for selecting a tariff ! Mine runs out in August, they suggested Standard Variable using my E7. Then later on when I looked to compare their tariffs (4 available including the one they offered) none of them quoted E7 rates !0
