So Energy - Should I take So Juniper fix?

Been with So virtually from their start-up, and have no complaints. I'm late coming to this decision, and aware it's been discussed earlier. I used to spend ages in the old days comparing unit prices, and of course the payments are mind-boggling compared to a few years ago, however I remember Martin seeming to give the nod to fixing recently where offered, and I can't see much in the way of global stability on the horizon. My direct debit went down from £360 to £299, and So Juniper offers £295. Still a fortune, but do readers more clued-up than myself feel it's reasonable to take it?

Thank you in advance; off to take my reading.

What are So Flex rates or your region as that is what fixed rate gets compared with.

Exit fee - does that apply if change to another So Energy tariff at later date.
