If you've been inspired by the sales spiel, the primetime telly adverts, and the Which? and other recommendations/reviews of four years running ... check out the reviews of ordinary people via the likes the Trustpilot before buying a mattress or other product from Emma Sleep. It's a company as strong as its weakest link and that link appears to be either the warehouse or the delivery couriers contracted. The pledges of fast turn round on orders and delivery have not been honoured for many. Don't take my word for it - read the reviews. They span weeks, indeed months, of frustration for many, myself included. Very quick to take the money - and then take the download order tab down, and the track order facility (no shipping updates) and more. There is no helpline phone number, the chatbot flees at mention of delivery, and customer service are more likely, tit seems, to respond to a review on a publlic forum rather than emails to support or raising a 'ticket.' As a former journalist and a member of Which? I've suggested the Consumers Association look at those reviews and I understand the researchers ave been referred to them - because it adds credibility to a company in which many are losing confidence. I've asked for a refund.
