Ordered a CD + DVD about a week ago, was a special Austrailian import requested for xmas.
They said 4 days to order, and I said ok, as everywhere else said 6-8 weeks. Of course, 4 days later it wasn't delivered by the supplier, and they sent me an apology saying it was being chased, but no longer guaranteed for xmas.
A few days later I chased again, and they have been back and forwards in contact to the supplier, and yesterday it was dispatched.
The person it's for thinks it will be late.
I thought probably not been dispatched, but today it turned up
