Hi All,
Firstly, thanks everyone who contributes to the forum - with your guidance i completed a defence statement and directions questionnaire which was submitted to the courts for a parking ticket issued in 2018 (parked is disabled bay). Although I had the the badge with me it was not displayed at the time.
Fast forward today, the fine is now at approx £400 however I received a call to settle out of court at £50. Do you think o should accept or do think DCB will close the case before it gets to a hearing?
Thanks All

If not, get your WS in by the deadline (with our help) and they'll discontinue then.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
