Octopus Energy - new user - help with referral code please.

Hi all,

Have recently moved house, existing supply was Octopus, had a letter from them today to register etc, which i have done.

Said i was still able to enter a referral code, found one on the net, but when i click the box to enter code ( before even typing in  the actual code ) nothing happens.

Any ideas on this one, or is it likely to be browser related ?  - Used FireFox on Laptop.

If you forgot to use the code when you set up your account then Octopus can add it retrospectively, you just need to contact them.

Thanks DingerUK, is it best to email them ?  I'm still finding my way round their site.... if you have their email address to hand that would be appreciated.

You can email or phone them, my Dad joined with my code and it didn't apply properly, they added it on the phone.

Octopus refer a friend does not usually apply when existing property supplier is Octopus, possible they sent another type of code offer.

If the new house supply was already Octopus im not sure you will get it.
