Nice, a more well known name hitting above 6%!
My charter fix is at 4.41 or something, oh well!
Better than the 0.5% rates of not so long ago!0 -
And I locked in my 5-year bond at 5%, thinking it had peaked.
Though I still have one "market-leading-at-the-time" 5Y still going, at a mighty 1.50% 🤦♂️0 -
As of now it looks like year 3, 4 and 5 have dropped off a bit. 1 year fix now 6.02%.
