SEG / UW
I had my solar panels installed in January 2022.
Have tried for 17 months to set up Feedback tariff and SEG with Utility Warehouse. After numerous calls and emails and readings and all the correct documentation still doesn't work.
The new smart meter was installed in February 2023, but the display didn't work, they replaced with another one that doesn't work, no signal. I'm still being asked to send readings. Still no feed in tariff set up.
No support from UW, Im still waiting . . . . . . .

Change suppliers to one that knows what it is doing.
