Barclays SAR

I issued a SAR on Barclays Bank earlier this month and yesterday I received a letter telling me how I could retrieve my information. The trouble is the letter says I need a reference number from an email they sent me. They didn't send me an email.  This morning I went around the houses for half an hour through people who either didnt know what a subject access request was or even what the GDPR was until I got to customer service who said there is no way to contact the GDPR team except via email.

Does anyone by change have a telephone number for the Barclays Bank GDPR Team in Leicester?

Thanks, I have a DPO email address but I wanted to actually talk to someone to clear it up rather that go into another long queue for someone to even look at my email.
