Just been changed over to ovo from sse. And yes it's been a nightmare meter at present is set to credit mode@ a rate of 31pkwh however when they change the meter yet again to standard single rate it should be somewhere in the region of 28-32pkwh so I'm given to believe.
31p/kWh sounds quite low for the current day rate on E7. If that's what you're paying, you're doing well! Do you know the night rate?

Ah no the original meter that was on e7 was taken out as I said has been a nightmare they then replaced with exact same meter but set to credit mode@ 31pkwh not sure what the rates were on last e7 meter but believe ovo e7 rates are peak52p off peak 21p
  • Yes, sorry, missed the pre-payment bit so Agile isn't an option. I'd agree that a standard single rate is likely to be your best option, not least because the difference between night and day rates has narrowed a fair bit recently for some suppliers.

It sounds as though you are already on single-rate tariff, then!
