TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Magic Radio's Win VIP Tickets to Uptown Festival (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.
1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN The prize winners will be those who fill in the online form https://planetradio.co.uk/magic/competitions/win/uptown-festival-2023/. Entrants must fill in the form in its entirety.
Entrants will need to enter personal details including; Name, Telephone number and Email, and select the desired venue location.
Personal details are only used by us to contact the winner unless otherwise instructed.
Entrants must be 18 or over.
14 winners will be chosen by electronic random draw on Monday 17th July.
If the winner does not respond with 36 hours, they will be discounted from the competition and a new winner will be chosen.

The winner must fulfil all eligibility criteria (See 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS)

3. DATES
Online Start Date and End Date. From Friday 30th June 2023 at 09:00 until Friday 14th July at 23:59.
Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.
• Prize is non transferable.
• Winner must have a valid email address in order to receive their e-ticket.
5. THE PRIZE
Prize is one pair of VIP tickets to Uptown Festival on the 30th July. There is no other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
Bauer Media reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Winners will be picked from all completed surveys and contacted by the site.
Only one prize per winner will be awarded during the competition from Friday 30th June 2023 at 09:00 until Friday 14th July at 23:59.
The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of delivery address.
Use of a false name will result in disqualification.
1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
2. Entrants who sign up to Bauer Media UK can opt out at any time. All marketing content which is sent to entrants will have an opt-out link within the content.
3. Successful winners' delivery addresses will be used by Bauer Media only to send your prize to you.

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
7. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
8. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.
9. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
10. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
