Where will my ads show?

Advanced campaign ads will show in premium placements across eBay.

Does anyone know where these "premium placements" are please?

Option to use this has popped up on the bottom of the SYI form under the usual Promote Your Listings section.

Not particularly interested in using it but it's been about a while and I don't think I've noticed any special placement of listing ads when browsing for buying.
