Despite what the doom mongers have been predicting, house prices seem to be resiliently strong.

Whether a temporary blip, in a downward trend, lets see.   However, prices do not seem to falling off a cliff as some seemed to suggest.

Personally I think with all the extra bank holidays and people getting away in April and May that meant a lot of buying was done in June. With realistic prices but not massive drops.

We.libe on a.finite.Island.wothout.enough houses being built. There is only one way (over time) prices will go.

If we do get a bigger blip foreign investors will.swoop on and.buy the property and push up demand and.prices again.
