Anyone opened recently an online account with Bank of London & Middle East? How fast (or slow) are BLME to open and close a notice-savings account? Good online-portal login? Easy or hard website to use? Anything else to note?
Had a look at their website, and searched through posts on here, but cannot get a gauge on how good, average or bad they are.

Looking more closely, BLME does not appear to have a savings-portal login to manage the account online! One can open it online. But one cannot fund it, run it, or close it, online.0 -
Just double-checked on Moneyfacts. It looks like BLME savings accounts at the moment (Jun 2023) are "apply online" but "manage by post". There appears to be no online portal for managing one's BLME savings account.
Going to pass on this one for now. Despite their good interest rates, the account looks way too slow and cumbersome to use.
