Urgent how can I get my £134 credit off the wrong key

I accidentally topped up my old SSE key with 2 vouchers I have receipt stating credit on key £134 but I can't use it as d6 error (wrong key) is displayed on meter.

SSE just keep sending me in circles before ending call/chat. Eon my current supplier said they can't help as it's not an eon key. What can I do to actually get the credit sat on a key I can't use?
