bed & breakfast insurance

I am planning to run a small traditional bed&breakfast from my own home, letting one bedroom to maximum 2 people.   I cook them breakfast and they have a bed & bathroom for the night.  My insurance premium has tripled and my current provider will no longer cover me.   The insurance is going to cost 3 months of income in a business which is 6 months of the year only.   I only seem to be able to find a one size fits all package.   There must be thousands of similar businesses to me - what are they doing for insurance, or perhaps nothing ...?  The main cover I feel I need is liability.   Any advice ?

A quick google shows you can get PL only for somewhere in the £100-£200 mark if you say thats the risk you want to insure. If thats 50% of your annual revenue it sounds more like a hobby.

Other option would be if its done via AirBnB I believe they include the PL as standard.
