Hi All

unfortunately I searched on this subject title and only saw posts from 10+ years ago.

Therefore, can anyone recommend (ideally) a free pdf application(?) that I can redact certain information on before sending the altered file on please?

I know there are free online options, however, all of the ones I have come across seem to have a limitation of only one file per day and I have several to do (it is possible to use different sites to get all of the files redacted but is a bit of a faff) so thought I would ask to see what people are using / recommending nowadays

If you have Office on the computer that has a PDF printer which you can use outside of Office, as demonstrated here through the Print dialog of Notepad:
