Silvercar and anyone else that might be here, I have posted on that thread but have realised that that thread is to do with house buying and selling. Which does also involve the land registry but in a different way. Does anyone know if there is a similiar thread for inheritance???

The LR rep was very helpful to me when I was trying to fill in the same forms as you to transfer land owned by my sister and I to my niece, the advice must have been right as the forms were accepted and the transfer has now completed (albeit several months later).
