British Gas: Unable to pay electricity bill online

Since the recent update to their website, I can pay my gas bill online, but when trying to pay the electricity bill and click the 'Pay Now' button, I get the message "There is no outstanding balance for this account".

Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

    Pop a cheque in the post !
    But yes, BG's billing is a shambles and the new system doesn't seem to be any better.
