Need a single oven that runs from a socket

We need a replacement oven that plugs into a wall socket - our Bosch died last night (so looking for another brand) - we have no oven wiring in the kitchen
Samsungs require hard wiring as do AEG - Currys do not make it obvious which ovens are suitable
Any advice please ...

Is it an integrated oven or standalone oven and hob? If it's just the oven, have a look on AO - you can filter it down to ovens that use a 3 pin plug and they have 23 available at the minute. You can always find what you want on there and look for the same model elsewhere1

Currys have a "Plug supplied and Fitted" option in their installation filter on the left hand side of the web page. This shows 26 options.
(If running such a large power draw appliance I would switch off the house electrics and check the cables are fully tightened in the back of the socket, as poorly fitted or maintained sockets can scorch or crack over time and people invariably try to blame the appliance).1 -
Basically if it's 3KW or less then it's safe to plug into a standard 13 amp socket (just make sure the combined power of oven + hob, if applicable, is not more than 3KW). Anything more than 3KW needs an appropriately-rated circuit.

I brought one from Argos recently, just plugged into normal socket, it was the Bush brand ( which I think is their own brand) They also had other brands available.

As long as you buy an oven that is 13amp you should be able to plug it in.0

Neff do a built in, plug in oven but you'd need a separate hob.0
