Tough runner refund

Evening.
I paid to complete a tough runner triathlon in 2021. It was cancelled the night before and has never been rescheduled. I contacted tough runner via email who agreed to refund me my ticket back in October but I have yet to receive my refund. They are ignoring my chat threads on their website. Do you have any advice on what to do?
